The following figure and table are the max jsc calculated from the above solar spectrum. (300nm ~ certain nm) . You can check the absorption edge of active layer. For example: P3HT's absoption edge is 650nm, so its max jsc is 16.7 mA/cm^2. Thus, your Jsc should be low than that value. If you further take account of the loss in device architecure, the Jsc should be lower than 13 mA/cm^2.
